【摘要】 目的探讨农村老年糖尿病患者饮食管理的有效方法。方法选择100例农村老年糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理及健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施个性化饮食管理,包括分层次健康教育及"一对一"的饮食指导,设计并实施饮食治疗卡,同时强化家庭成员的支持、出院后随访等。结果经过6个月的观察,观察组的血糖控制指标和饮食治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论个性化饮食管理能控制患者的血糖、提高饮食治疗依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective methods of diet management in elderly diabetic patients in rural areas.Methods A total of 100 elderly diabetic patients were recruited and divided into the control group and the experimental group with random number table method,each with 50 cases.The control group received only routine treatment and conventional education,while the experimental group received personalized diet management including hierarchy health education,one-for-one diet instruction,designation and implementation of diet therapy card,and strengthening the support of family members and post-discharge follow-up.Results The control indexes of blood glucose and compliance of diet therapy in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group after 6-month intervention( P<0.01).Conclusion Individualized diet management of elderly diabetic patients can control the blood glucose effectively,and improve the compliance of diet therapy.更多还原
