【摘要】 目的探讨查对流程在预防眼科患者身份和眼别识别中的应用效果,有效防范眼科护理差错。方法启用患者腕带标识,对眼科患者入院、处置、手术前后交接的查对流程和方式进行规范,并对护士进行培训。结果规范查对流程实施1年来,未发生一例与查对相关的差错。结论规范护理查对方式和流程,可以提高患者身份和眼别的准确识别率,有效防范护理差错的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effects of using standardized checking process in prevention of the indentification and eye recognition of ophthalmic patients,so as to prevent the nursing errors in the Department of Ophthalmology.Methods The measures included application of patient identification wristbands,specification on admission,disposal,handover checking process before and after operation,and training nurses.Result No one check related errors was found after implementation of standardized checking process in the recant years.Conclusion Standardized checking process can improve the accurate identification rate of patients’ identity and eye,and prevent nursing errors effectively.更多还原
