【摘要】 目的探讨不同禁食时间对纤维支气管镜检查患者术前血糖的影响。方法选择纤维支气管镜检查患者200例,实验组100例给予进食100 ml碎小半流质饮食(例如:米糊、粥、水泡馒头等),然后禁食、禁水2 h行纤维支气管镜检查术;对照组100例按常规禁食、禁水4 h后行纤维支气管镜检查。比较两组患者术前血糖值,以及血糖为2.8～3.9 mmol/L和<2.8 mmol/L的患者例数。结果实验组术前血糖值高于对照组(P<0.01),且低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜检查前2 h给予患者进食100 ml碎小半流质饮食,能减少低血糖发生率,患者感觉舒适,能确保患者安全及手术的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of different fasting time on preoperative blood glucose of fiberoptic bronchoscopy patients.Methods Totally,200 cases of fiberoptic bronchosxopy(FB) patients were selected.A total of 100 patients in the experimental group were received 100 milliliter semifluid(such as rice paste,porridge,bubble steamed buns,etc.),and then received FB operation 2 hours after fasting and water deprivation.And 100 cases in the control group were received conventional 4 hours fasting and water deprivation before FB operation.The preoperative blood glucose of the two groups were observed,and incidences of 2.8 to 3.9 mmol/L,< 2.8 mmol/L were compared.Results The preoperative blood glucose in the experimental group was higher than that of control group,and hypoglycemia incidence in treatment group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion FB patients receiving 100 milliliter semifluid before 2 hours can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and patients’ feel more comfortable,which can ensure the patients safety and the operation smoothly.更多还原
