【摘要】 目的探讨病房与手术室一体化管理模式在白内障一日手术中的应用效果。方法选取423例患者实施一日病房与手术室一体化协作管理,严格临床护理路径管理,实施全程健康教育,应用标识卡和腕带加强鉴别。并与同期正常住院手术的白内障患者396例进行对比。结果实验组患者医疗费用低于对照组(P<0.01);健康知识知晓率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病房与手术室一体化管理模式对于保证白内障一日手术的正常开展、快速实施,以及保证护理安全等方面具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of an integrative management of ward and operating room model in the one-day cataract surgery.Methods A total of 423 patients received integrative management of ward and operating room for one-day cataract surgery.Management measures included strict clinical nursing pathway,whole process health education and identification by tag card and wristlet.The outcomes were compared with 396 cataract patients who received normal hospitalization.Results The medical charge in the experimental group was lower than control group(P < 0.01).Health knowledge awareness rate was not statistically different between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The integrative management of ward and operating room model plays an important role in ensuring the operation,rapid implementation and ensuring nursing safety in cataract one-day surgery.更多还原
