漂浮型TiO2/EP光催化剂的制备及降解罗丹明B研究

【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载体,采用溶胶-浸渍法制备了可漂浮于水面的负载型TiO2光催化剂。研究结果表明,TiO2被成功地负载在EP上,TiO2颗粒尺寸在20~30 nm,并且在载体表面均匀分布。600℃焙烧后,14.76%TiO2负载率的TiO2/EP催化剂表面存在锐钛矿相与金红石相混晶。对模拟污染物罗丹明B(Rh B)进行光催化降解实验的研究表明,催化剂经600℃焙烧后光催化活性最佳。在紫外光强为240μW.cm-2下光照2.5 h,0.57 g催化剂可使30 mL浓度为10 mg.L-1的Rh B的去除率达96%。

【Abstract】 Floating TiO2/EP photocatalysts were prepared by Sol-Dipping method using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor and expanded perlite(EP) as the support.The research results showed that TiO2 had been successfully loaded on the EP.The particle size of TiO2 was between 20 and 30 nm,which was uniformly dispersed on the support surface.14.76% TiO2 loading rate of TiO2/EP existed as a mixture of anatase and rutile phases after calcination at 600 ℃.It showed the best catalytic activity for photocatalytic degradation of the simulated pollutant Rhodamine B(Rh B).When illuminated at UV light intensity 240 μW·cm-2 for 2.5 h,0.57 g of the above photocatalyst could remove 96% of 30 mL Rh B solution with the concentration of 10 mg·L-1.
