[P^O]配体/钯催化剂催化乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯聚合及其共聚合反应

【摘要】 合成了2个[P^O]配体2-(二苯基膦)-苯磺酸(简称L1)和2-[二(5-甲基-苯基)膦]-苯磺酸(简称L2),并用1 H-NMR、31P-NMR、MS和IR对配体进行表征。分别采用L1、L2与Pd(OAc)2原位形成的催化体系对乙烯、丙烯酸甲酯进行催化聚合与共聚反应,发现这类催化体系可以在无任何助催化剂的作用下引发聚合反应。以L1/Pd(OAc)2为催化体系研究了不同反应条件对乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯聚合的影响。对于乙烯单体,当n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=1∶1时催化活性较n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=2∶1时高;对于丙烯酸甲酯单体,当n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=2∶1时催化活性较n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=1∶1时高;若两者共聚,则当n(L1)∶n(Pd(OAc)2)=1∶1时催化活性更佳。L2/Pd(OAc)2催化体系的活性比L1/Pd(OAc)2催化体系的活性高。

【Abstract】 Two[P^O]ligands,2-[bis(phenyl)phosphino]benzenesulphonicacid(L1)and 2-[bis(5-methylphenyl)phosphino]benzenesulphonicacid(L2),were prepared and characterized by 1 H-NMR,31PNMR,IR and MS.Catalytic systems formed by ligands and Pd(OAc)2 in situ were applied to the polymerization and copolymerization of ethylene and methyl acrylate(MA).The polymerization can be initiated without any co-catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions on polymerization were investigated by L1/Pd(OAc)2.For ethylene polymerization,the mixture of ligand and Pd(OAc)2 with a mole ratio of 1:1 provided higher catalytic activity than that with a mole ratio of 2:1,while it is in contrast for MA polymerization,For the copolymerization,it is better with the mole ratio of 1:1,L2/Pd(OAc)2displayed higher catalytic activity than L1/Pd(OAc)2.
