一种双模PID高精度控制方法
A Double Model PID High Precision Control Method
【摘要】 针对常规PID控制方法无法解决暂态品质和稳态品质固有矛盾的问题,提出一种双模PID高精度控制方法,详细分析了常规PID控制方法的缺陷及原因,阐述了双模PID控制方法的基本原理,制定了滞环切换策略,并且通过建模推导与仿真分析得出了PID控制器参数与被控对象稳态品质的关系,最终针对实际的压力模型进行了验证。验证结果表明该方法暂态品质和稳态品质俱佳,克服了常规PID控制的缺陷,有助于提高自动计量和自动校准系统的质量。
【Abstract】 Addressing the problem that common PID control method can’t solve the inherent contradictions between dynamic quality and steady quality,this paper announced a double model PID high precision control method,made a detailed analysis on the defects of common PID control method and the causes,stated the basic theory of double model PID control method,drew up the hysteresis loop change strategy,got relationship between the PID controller parameters and the steady quality of the control target through modeling and simulation analysis,and finally conducted a test to verify the actual pressure model. The results show that this method has good dynamic quality and steady quality,and can overcome the defects of common PID control method.
