【摘要】 目的:探讨膝关节后内侧切口可吸收螺钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床效果。方法:2005-10～2011-12收治23例患者行后内侧切口切开,骨折复位,并以可吸收螺钉内固定。术后配合功能锻炼。结果:对23例患者进行6个月～5年随访,平均18个月,骨折全部愈合,Lysholm膝关节功能评分为(91.8±14)分。结论:膝关节后内侧切口可吸收螺钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折操作简单、微创、手术时间短,固定效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce the approach via the popliteal fossa to the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate ligament and its clinical outcome.Methods: 23 cases with displaced avulsion fracture of the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate ligament anderwent were performed open reduction and internal fixed with 4.0 mm cannulated screws.Results: The average follow-up time was 30 months and the results showed that the range of motion of the knee were normal in all case.Conclusions: The approach described is technically fairly easy,safe and excellent exposure of the avulsion fracture and suopports early rehabilitation.更多还原
