【摘要】 目的:探讨妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果情况。方法:对更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者120例临床治疗进行分析,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组(常规治疗组)60例和观察组(妈富隆治疗组)60例。结果:观察组更年期功能失调性子宫出血患者血清促卵素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素水平(E2)水平均明显低于对照组,同时观察组临床疗效评价优于对照组(P<0.05),研究结果的差异有统计学意义。结论:妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者可以改善机体激素水平,改善临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the result of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Marvelon.Methods:To analyze climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group(routine treatment group) 30 cases and detection group(Marvelon treatment group) 60 cases.Results:The clinical efficacy、FSH、LH、E2 of detection group were better than control group,then incidence of adverse reactions of detection group were lower than control group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of curing climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Marvelon was obviously,fewer adverse reactions,which was to be used.更多还原
