【摘要】 中国第一座采用原矿焙烧工艺的紫木凼金矿黄金冶炼厂经过7年的运行,基本达到了设计生产能力。但由于设备老化,焙烧效果不好,金浸出指标下滑,再加上近年来原矿金品位下降,致使企业经济效益降低。通过对沸腾焙烧炉、气-气换热器、旋风收尘器、炉前风机和尾排风机、尾气吸收系统的改造,使金回收率大幅提高,各项指标得以改善,从而使该工艺更趋完善。

【Abstract】 Zimudang gold smeltery,the first smeltery applying whole ore roasting in China,has been running for 7 years and roughly reaches the designed capacity.But with the problems like aging equipment,bad roasting effect,decreasing leaching rate as well as the grade decline in gold ores,profits of enterprises are becoming scarce and production seems hard to sustain.Gold recovery rate is increased by the optimization of fluidized bed roaster,air-air heat exchanger,rotoclone collector,stoke hole fan and exhaust blower,and off-gas collection system.Each indicator is enhanced making the process more complete.
