【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下双极电凝治疗难治性鼻出血的疗效。方法对2005年1月~2013年1月267例难治性鼻出血行鼻内窥镜检查,明确出血部位后,进行双极电凝治疗。结果 267例均明确出血部位,下鼻道穹隆部、嗅裂区、鼻中隔中后段、中鼻道最常见,分别有125、51、59例和32例。所有病例经1-3次双极电凝止血后均彻底止血。结论鼻内窥镜下双极电凝治疗难治性鼻出血疗效是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bipolar Coagulation Hemostasis for intractableepistaxis.Methods Totally 267 cases of intractable epistaxis received examination by nasal endoscopy inourho spital from January 2005 toJanuary 2013.After the location of the lesion was determined.Bipolar Coagulation Hemostasis was carried out. Results The bleeding sites of all the 267 cases were confirmed,the most frequently involved locations included the inferior nasal meatus fornix(125 cases),the olfactory cleft(51cases),middleposteriorwallofnasalseptum(59cases)and the middlenasalmeatus(32cases).All the patients were curedby one to three times of Bipolar Coagulation Hemostas is with or without compression hemostasis.Conclusion Bipolar Coagulation Hemostasis by nasal endoscopy is safe and effective for intractable epistaxis.更多还原
