生活饮用水中总大肠菌群分离株消毒剂耐药基因检测
Detection of disinfectants-resistant gene qacEΔ1 in total coliforms isolates from drinking water
【摘要】 目的了解生活饮用水中总大肠菌群分离株耐消毒剂基因qacEΔ1的存在情况。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测102株总大肠菌群分离株(来自2012年1—10月石家庄市城乡生活饮用水总大肠菌群阳性水样)的qacEΔ1基因,并进行DNA测序。结果 22株大肠埃希菌、27株阴沟肠杆菌、20株柠檬酸杆菌的qacEΔ1基因的阳性率分别为45.5%,7.4%和10.0%,27株克雷伯菌属细菌、6株产气肠杆菌及1株大肠杆菌标准株均未检出qacEΔ1基因。结论生活饮用水中总大肠菌群分离株已携带消毒剂耐药基因,其中,大肠埃希菌携带率较高。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the disinfectants-resistant gene qacEΔ1 in total coliforms isolates from drinking water.Methods The disinfectants-resistant gene of qacEΔ1 was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and verified by DNA sequencing for 102 coliforms isolates from total coliform-positive drinking water samples of Shijiazhuang urban and rural areas between January and October,2012.Results The positive rates of qacEΔ1 gene in 22 strains of Escherichia coli,27 strains of Enterobacter cloacae,20 strains of Citrobacter spp.were 45.5%,7.4% and 10.0% respectively.But in 27 strains of Klebsiella spp.,6 strains of Enterobacter aerogenes and one standard control strain,the qacEΔ1 gene was not detected.Conclusion The total coliforms isolates from drinking water have carried disinfectansts-resistant gene.The higher carrying rate was found in E.coli.
