焦磷钼酸锆的合成及其与Cs~+的交换性能研究
Synthesis of zirconium molybopyrophosphate and its ion-exchange performance with Cs~+
【摘要】 以ZrOCl2、Na2MoO4、K4P2O7为原料,合成了一种用于提铯的无机离子交换剂——焦磷钼酸锆(ZMPP),研究了ZrOCl2浓度对产物的结构及Cs+交换性能的影响。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段表征了ZMPP的微观结构,并测试了其耐酸性。FT-IR谱图表明,其中存在结构水和焦磷酸根。TGA结果显示,在110°C 590°C,焦磷钼酸锆逐渐失去结构水。XRD曲线显示,ZMPP为无定形物质。SEM观察发现,ZMPP为微米尺寸的不规则颗粒,与Cs+发生交换后表面变得光滑。合成的ZMPP具有良好的耐酸性。原料中ZrOCl2浓度对ZMPP的结构无明显影响,但其浓度增大有利于提高ZMPP对溶液中Cs+的交换容量。在中性条件下,当溶液中初始Cs+浓度为13.24 mmol/L时,ZMPP对Cs+的交换容量可达1.329 mmol/g。
【Abstract】 A kind of inorganic ion-exchanger for cesium removal,zirconium molybopyrophosphate(ZMPP) was synthesized from ZrOCl2,Na2MoO4 and K4P2O7.The effect of ZrOCl2 concentration on the structure and ion-exchange performance of ZMPP was investigated.The microstructure of ZMPP was analyzed by FT-IR,TGA,XRD,SEM,etc.FT-IR spectra indicated that there were structural water and pyrophosphate groups in ZMPP samples.TGA curves showed that the structural water was gradually lost between 110°C to 590°C.XRD curves displayed that ZMPP samples were amorphous.SEM photos manifested that ZMPP were irregular grains in micron scope,and the surface became smooth after ion-exchanged with Cs+.ZMPP exhibited excellent acidresistivity.Concentration of ZrOCl2 did not evidently affect the structure of ZMPP,however,results of adsorption experiment showed that ion-exchange capacity would increase with ZrOCl2 concentration increases.In neutral system,when initial Cs+ concentration was 13.24 mmol/L,its ion-exchange capacity was up to 1.329 mmol/g.
