【摘要】 依据笔者对HN省YC县L村的个案调查资料,对失地农民的利益诉求进行"过程—事件"分析,并对其采取非正式渠道表达利益的原因及效果进行解释。调查发现,正式渠道的不畅通及失地农民自身文化水平有限,使得他们不得不采用适合本地实际的非正式渠道来表达利益诉求。因此,应在对非正式渠道的诉求方式进行规范的基础上,建立完善的利益表达制度,健全利益诉求机制,才能保证公民利益的充分表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the case study of L village of YC county,HN province,the paper focuses on processevent analysis of land-lost farmers ’ seeking for deserved interests.It is found out that land-lost farmers have to seek for deserved interests through informal channel because of the inconvenience of formal channel and their poor education background.Therefore,it is necessary to establish comprehensive system available to seeking for deserved interests and it is also compulsory to perfect the mechanism in order to make the deserved interests be obtained by the citizens.更多还原
