【摘要】 目的探讨剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床治疗价值。方法对2006年9月～2012年10月我院36例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料进行分析。结果剖宫产术中产妇一般情况可,均顺利娩出胎儿,新生儿评分7’～10’,宫体注射缩宫素后再行子宫肌瘤剔除术,术中出血400～500 ml,术后常规给抗生素、缩宫剂等治疗,观察子宫收缩良好,阴道流血少。产后42 d随访,子宫复旧良好。结论子宫肌瘤不是剖宫产的绝对指征,剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除安全可行,可改善术后子宫复旧,减少盆腔感染及再次手术给患者带来的痛苦和经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of caesarean section in combination with hysteromyoma cystectomy.Methods Clinical data of 36 cases of pregnant women treated with caesarean section in combination with hysteromyoma cystectomy between September 2006 and October 2012 were analyzed.Results In the course of caesarean section,the pregnant women were in good situation.All of them delivered successfully,with average infant scores 7’~10’.Hysteromyoma cystectomy was performed after the injection of oxytocin.The bleeding was 400~500ml.Uterine contraction agents and antibiotics were given after the operation.The uterine contracted well,with less bleeding.Uterine recovered well in the 42 days follow-up.Conclusion Hysteromyoma is not the absolute indication of caesarean section.Caesarean section combined with hysteromyoma cystectomy is safe and feasible,which can improve the involution of uterine,lessen the infection of pelvic cavity,and alleviate the pain and economic burden of the patients for reoperation.更多还原
