大豆抗旱育种研究进展
Research on Breeding of Soybean Drought
【摘要】 大豆对缺水最为敏感,干旱严重影响大豆的产量和品质,是干旱和半干旱地区大豆增产的主要障碍。提高大豆抗旱能力已经成为现代育种工作中的关键问题之一。近年来,学术界从干旱对大豆的影响机理、大豆抗旱机制、大豆抗旱性的评价方法、大豆抗旱品种选育几方面做了深入研究,并在转基育种、分子标记辅助育种方面取得进展。今后需要在抗旱性遗传改良方面取得突破,才能真正解决根本性问题。
【Abstract】 Soybeans are the most sensitive to drought, which affects the yield and quality of soybeans seriously——the main obstacle of soybean yield in the arid and semi-arid regions. How to improve the soybean drought has become one of the key issues in modern breeding. In recent years, academics from the impact of the drought on the mechanism were made in the following,soybean drought mechanism,evaluation of drought resistance,soybean drought breeding areas to do in-depth research, and progress in transgenic breeding, molecular marker-assisted breeding. We need a breakthrough in the genetic improvement of drought resistance in the future, in order to really solve the fundamental problem.
