基于水资源综合利用的城市水利工程功能研究

【摘要】 现代城市水利的发展,应以建设"人水和谐"为目标,充分发挥城市水利工程的功能作用,实现城市水资源综合利用效益最大化。探讨了城市水利工程在蓄水供水、防灾减灾、环境改善等方面的作用。在城市蓄水供水方面,注重水源地建设;在城市防灾减灾方面,注重防洪排涝建设;在城市环境改善方面,注重水域生态系统保护与修复建设;在城市旅游方面,注重水文化旅游发展;在城市景观方面,注重滨水区域景观设计。

【Abstract】 The development of the modern city water conservancy should take the construction of "human-water harmony" as the goal, give full play to the function of urban water conservancy engineering, and realize the maximum benefits of urban water resources comprehensive utilization. The functions of city water conservancy engineering on the water storage and supply, natural disasters prevention and reduction and environment improvement were discussed in this article. In the aspect of urban water storage and supply,we should pay attention to the water source place construction; In the aspect of urban disaster prevention and reduction, we should pay attention to the flood control and drainage construction; In the aspect of urban environment improvement, we should pay attention to the aquatic ecosystem protection and restoration construction; In the aspect of urban tourism, we should pay attention to water culture tourism development;In the aspect of urban landscape, we should pay attention to the waterfront landscape design.
