连续碳化与自动稠厚技术在碳酸钙生产中的应用
Application of Continuous Carbonization and Automatic Thickening Technique in Calcium Carbonate Production
【摘要】 碳酸钙生产企业在生产过程中多采用间歇碳化与稠厚的生产方法,间歇碳化与稠厚生产的产品质量较差。为改变这种落后的传统工艺,采用了连续碳化与自动稠厚的新工艺、新技术。这种工艺不仅提高了产品的质量,改善了工人的操作环境,而且降低了工人的劳动强度,改进后的工艺,可实现自动化、连续化的操作,实现DCS的自动控制,对于碳酸钙的生产属于质的飞跃。
【Abstract】 In most of the factories,the methods of calcium carbonate production are intermittent carbonization and thickening,but this method cannot guarantee the quality of the product.In order to change this situation,we may use the method of continuous carbonization and automatic thickening,which can improve the product quality and the operating environment,reduce the labor intensity.The new method can realize automatic and continuous operation,using DCS system.It could be a qualitative leap in the calcium carbonate production.
