3种苯系物对活性污泥的毒性研究
Study on Toxicity of Three Kinds of Benzenes to Activated Sludge
【摘要】 通过活性污泥呼吸抑制试验研究了某城市污水处理厂进水中检出的3种苯系物对活性污泥的毒性。实验结果用Oringin 8.5软件处理,通过Logistic方程进行拟合,计算出3种苯系物在好氧生物处理系统中最高可允许浓度(EC20)和对污泥活性的半数抑制浓度(EC50),通过比较其EC50大小,得出3种苯系物对活性污泥毒性大小的先后顺序为1,2,4,5-四甲基苯>五甲基苯>1,3,5-三甲基苯。
【Abstract】 To study the toxicity of the three kinds of benzenes detected from a sewage treatment plant to activated sludge through activated sludge respiration inhibition test.To analyze the experimental results with the Logistic equation fitted by Oringin 8.5.To suggest the highest allowable concentrations of the three compounds in aerobic biological treatment system and calculate the half inhibition concentrations EC50 to activated sludge.By comparing the EC50,it can be draw that the order of comparative toxicities of the three compounds to activated sludge is 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene>pentamethylbenzene>1,3,5-trimethylbenzene.
