【Abstract】 License plate recognition is one of critical technics in Intelligence Traffic System,and its performance is affected by character segmentation algorithm.This paper corrects the oblique license plate with edge information of license plate,and then proposes a character segmentation algorithm,which combines vertical projection and template matching,the precision of character segmentation is greatly increased.更多还原
