【摘要】 当前,科技创新已成为区域经济转型的强大动因,以创新型科技人才为主的区域人才培养与开发尤显重要。本研究通过对江苏省南通市259份科技人才的问卷调查,发现南通市创新型科技人才呈现出专门技能突出、寻职模式双重化、注重工资待遇等极具地区特征的特点;针对科技人才开发环境的调查分析发现,工作受重视程度和工资待遇是营造南通市科技人才开发良性环境所急需重视的两大因素;培育本土人才、人才载体升级与创新生态环境等举措将为区域创新型科技人才的良性发展提供了有效出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the innovation of science and technology has become a powerful driving force of regional economic transformation recently,the cultivation and development of regional talents i.e.innovative talents of science and technology are becoming especially important.Based on 259 questionnaires of talents of science and technology in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,this paper finds that these talents in Nantong city are characterized by their outstanding expertise,dual mode of professional development and high concern over salary.A research into and analysis of the development environment of these talents indicates that more emphasis should be laid upon the degree of attention to their work and their salary.Accordingly,effective measures should be taken to form a favorable development environment for the regional innovative talents of science and technology,including the cultivation of talents from local regions,the upgrading of talent carriers and the innovation of ecological environment.更多还原
