工频感应炉温度控制系统的仿真研究
Simulation Research of Temperature Control System for Frequency Induction Furnace
【摘要】 针对某铜业公司立式感应炉内铜液温度过高,不能实时测得其温度,无法直接反馈构成闭环控制回路的问题,提出一种基于参数辨识的铜芯温度软测量控制方案,利用所建模型的输出作为铜芯的估计温度,即可实现炉内铜芯温度的闭环控制。由于炉料和炉体工况的变化会引起实际模型参数发生变化,故需在线更新模型参数。仿真结果表明该方案合理可行。
【Abstract】 Considering the fact that higher copper liquid temperature in the vertical induction furnace disables real-time measurement of the temperature and direct feedback of the closed-loop control,a control scheme based on estimation of copper liquid temperature and soft sensing technology was proposed,in which,the output of the model estimator can be used as the copper liquid’s estimation temperature to realize the closed-loop control of copper temperature in the furnace;and the model parameters should be updated online timely because the actual model parameters can vary with the change of raw materials and working conditions.The simulation results show that this control scheme is reasonable and feasible.
