新型苯并口恶嗪树脂的合成
Synthesis of new benzoxazine resin
【摘要】 苯并口恶嗪树脂具有优良的力学、电学性能,其高热态强度和阻燃性也使其可以广泛的应用于各个领域。以双酚A,甲醛和三聚氰胺为原料制备苯并口恶嗪树脂。通过红外和盐酸羟胺法分析反应时间对羟甲基含量的影响,并进一步分析了温度对苯并口恶嗪产率的影响,最后对制得苯并口恶嗪树脂的结构、溶解性和软化点进行了表征。最终得出合成苯并口恶嗪树脂最佳工艺为:甲醛、三聚氰胺、双酚A的摩尔比为8∶1∶0.5,合成六羟甲基三聚氰胺的温度为65-75℃,时间为20min;合成苯并口恶嗪树脂的反应温度为100℃,反应时间为240min。制得的树脂有明显的口恶嗪环特征峰,溶于复合溶剂,软化点为88~91℃。
【Abstract】 Benzoxazine resin was widely used in various fields for its high mechanical,electrical properties,thermal states strength and flame resistance.The benzoxazine resin was produced by using bisphenol A,formaldehyde and melamine.The quantity of hydroxymethyl impacted by time was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and hydroxylamine hydrochloride.The effect of the temperature on yield of the benzoxazine resin was analyzed and the structures of benzoxazine resin,solubility and softening point were characterized.The result showed that the molar ratio of formaldehyde,melamine and bisphenol A was 8:1:0.5,the synthesis temperature of HMM was 65-75℃,and the synthesis time was20min.the synthesis temperature of benzoxazine resin was 100℃,and the synthesis time was 240min.The peak of FR-IR showed that the production was benzoxazine resin,the solvent of the resin was composite solvent,the softening point was88-91℃.
