聚醚型聚氨酯/脲嵌段共聚物的合成、结构及性能的研究

【摘要】 采用二-(4-羟基丁基)聚二甲基硅氧烷(HB-PDMS)和双酚A(BPA)对聚氨酯进行改性,合成了6个系列的聚氨酯/脲嵌段共聚物,通过FT-IR、TG、DSC及吸水率研究了它们的结构及性能。研究表明,用HB-PDMS改性聚氨酯可以显著增强聚氨酯/脲的水解稳定性,其耐水性随HB-PDMS含量的增大而逐渐增强;用HB-PDMS及BPA合成的聚氨酯/脲,初始降解温度有所降低,但在不同程度上增强了其高温区的热稳定性。

【Abstract】 A series of polyurethane-urea block copolymer,dihydroxybutylpolydimethylsiloxane(HB-PDMS)as soft segments and bisphenol A(BPA)as hard segments,were synthesized.Structure and properties of polyurethane-urea were characterized by Fourier transforn infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and water absorption.The result showed that water resistance of polyurethane-urea was gradually increased with the increase of HB-PDMS content and thermal stability of polyurethane-urea based on BPA and HB-PDMS was enhanced in high temperature areas,although the initial degradation temperature was lower.
