不同前驱体炭在高温热处理过程中的性能变化

【摘要】 对3种树脂和1种沥青的高温热处理制备得到4种炭,并对它们的性能进行比较研究。结果表明,树脂分子式的结构和组成对最后炭产品的性质有着重要的影响。分子式内含有的环状结构越多,杂质原子越少,得到的树脂炭表观密度越高,电阻率和闭孔率越低。其微观结构中的石墨化组分越多。

【Abstract】 Three resins and mesophae pitch were treated at high temperature condition and obtained four carbons.The properties of these carbons were studied in detail.The results showed that the molecules of starting materials played an important role in the properties of the products.The resin which molecules contained more ring structure and less impurity atoms can convert into the carbon that had higher apparent density,lower powder resistance,less closed-pores and more graphitic constituent in its microstructure.
