废氟化催化剂五氯化锑资源化处理
Resourceful Treatment of Antimony Pentachloride in Waste Fluorination Catalyst
【摘要】 研究了1种新的资源化处理技术,以工业水为萃取剂将废催化剂有机物与无机物分离、以双氧水为氧化剂对锑液进行氧化,确定了由废锑催化剂制备五氧化二锑及锑酸钠工艺,资源化过程中产生的"三废"经处理可达标。本资源化处理工艺流程简单,不引入新的污染物,成本低,锑回收率高,具有良好的实用性。
【Abstract】 Studied a new resourceful treatment technology, separated the waste fluorination catalyst organic and inorganic using industrial water as extraction agent, oxidated the antimony liquid using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, identified the process of waste catalyst containing antimony to antimony pentoxide and sodium antimonite, the "three wastes" during the resourceful process reached the standard by treatment. The resourceful treatment process was simple, not importing new pollutants, low cost, high recovery rate of antimony, so had good practicability.
