混合醇萃取剂从盐湖老卤中提硼实验研究

【摘要】 以2-乙基-1,3-己二醇与异辛醇按一定的体积比组成混合萃取剂、磺化煤油为稀释剂萃取西台吉乃尔盐湖老卤中的硼,开展了萃取剂的浓度、卤水pH值、有机相和水相体积比、萃取时间、萃取级数、饱和萃取容量、反萃剂浓度等条件实验。结果表明:当2-乙基-1,3-己二醇、异辛醇与磺化煤油体积比为2∶3∶5,卤水pH值为2,有机相和水相体积比为1∶1,萃取时间为6min时,单级萃取率为95.19%,经过2级萃取,硼酸的萃取率可达99.06%。将得到的富硼有机相用0.18mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液反萃取,在反萃相比为1∶1的条件下,经过2级反萃,其累积反萃率可达98.15%。老卤中硼的总回收率可达97.13%,萃取效果好。

【Abstract】 Boron was extracted from Jinaier Lake brine in Xitai by using a 2-ethyl-1,3-haxanediol and iso-octyl alcohol as mixed extractant,sulfonated kerosine as diluting agent.The experimental conditions including the concentration of extractant,pH value of brine,phase ratio,extraction time,extraction stages,saturated extraction volume and the concentration of stripping agent were investigated.The results show that the optimal condition of extraction is 2∶3∶5volume ratio of 2-ethyl-1,3-haxanediol,isooctyl and sulfonated kerosine,2of pH value,1∶1of volume ratio of organic material to water,6min extraction time,and with two stages extraction,the extraction efficiency of boron can reach99.06%.At the back extraction stage,with 0.18mol/L sodium hydroxide solution as stripping agent,1∶1of volume ratio of stripping agent and organic phase,the second back extraction efficiency is 98.15%.The overall recovery of boron in the brine is about 97.13%,with good extraction effect.
