菲降解菌巨大芽孢杆菌在土壤中的运移规律
Research on the transport characteristics of Phenanthrene-degrading bacteria Bacillus megateriumin the soil
【摘要】 首先以能够降解多环芳烃菲的巨大芽孢杆菌为研究对象,综合考虑对流、水动力弥散、吸附解吸与微生物的生长衰亡,确定其在饱和土壤中迁移的模型,并对其相关参数进行了试验测定和求解。微生物在土壤表面的吸附特性对其在土壤中迁移具有决定性影响,所有影响微生物表面特性的理化因素都将影响该过程。通过对6种微生物表面特性参数与吸附-解吸常数的测定、计算与回归,得到微生物自身物理性质对吸附影响能力由大到小依次为电位、形状系数、粒径,微生物自身物理性质对解吸影响能力由大到小依次为形状系数、电位、粒径。回归结果说明微生物表面参数与吸附-解吸参数有密切关系,在进行理论解释的基础上建立数学关系,寻找某类微生物的通用迁移方程是可能的。
【Abstract】 The impact of interactions between bacteria-solid-water on the transport of Bacillus megaterium was investigated in saturated sand,convection attachment and growth/decay terms were incorporated into the transport model.The cell surface properties were considered to have fatefully effects on bacterial adsorption constant,desorption constant and microorganism transport by investigate 5 more different bacteria.The effects to adsorption constants in decreasing order are the surface electrical potentials,the shape factor,the size.And the effects to desorption constants in decreasing order are the shape factor,the surface electrical potentials,the size.The results also showed that there is a close relationship between the parameters of microbial surface and adsorption-desorption constants,to establish the general bacterial transport equation based on theoretical explanation is possible.
