聚丙烯腈原丝的预氧化研究进展
Developments in pre-oxidation of polyacrylonitrile nascent fibers
【摘要】 聚丙烯腈原丝的预氧化过程中的结构转变及其控制是决定最终聚丙烯腈基碳纤维结构和性能的关键。本文从聚丙烯腈原丝的分子结构和晶态结构着手,阐述了预氧化反应机理、预氧化过程中的结构转变及预氧化时间和张力等工艺控制。指出调控原丝结构、提高预氧化温度、降低成本、提高预氧丝的截面均质性将成为今后研究的重点和发展方向。
【Abstract】 The pre-oxidation of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nascent fibers determines the final structures and properties of carbon fibers.In this paper,the molecular and crystalline structures of PAN fibers,the pre-oxidation reaction mechanism and the structural transformation during this process as well as the process technologies such as pre-oxidation time and tension have been reviewed.It is prospected that the structural modification of PAN molecular structures,temperature rising,time shortening,cost cutting,cross-sectional homogeneity will be the general trends for pre-oxidation to develop high performance carbon fibers were reviewed.
