热等离子体裂解煤制乙炔反应器研究进展
Progress in thermal plasma reactor used for coal pyrolysis to acetylene
【摘要】 热等离子体裂解煤是一种制取乙炔的新方法,具有直接、高效、清洁的特点。在这一新工艺的生产流程中,反应器结构设计对裂解效果有非常重要的影响。本文回顾了热等离子体裂解煤制乙炔工艺的研发进程,介绍了已有研究中使用的反应装置。通过对反应装置关键部分(等离子体发生器与反应器相对位置、煤粉入口、淬冷装置)的不同设计进行对比,指出了作者认为最合理的设计思路;同时总结了目前等离子体裂解煤制乙炔反应装置存在的问题,指出了今后的研究方向。
【Abstract】 Coal pyrolysis in thermal plasma is a new way to produce acetylene directly,effectively,and cleanly.In the process of this new technology,reactor configuration has great impact on coal pyrolysis.In this review,the research progresses of coal pyrolysis to acetylene in thermal plasma and reactors used in existed researches were introduced.By comparing different designs of key parts of experimental setups(such as the relative location of plasma generator and reactor,coal injector,and quenching method),the most reasonable designs were given.What we should do in next researches was also pointed out,after summarizing the problems existing in resent researches.
