【Abstract】 It is important for patentees to improve the quality of patent application documents to get the full and effective legal protection.In this paper,some basic issues about patent application document writing like the relationship between full disclosure and business secret,the determination of patent protection scope,the choice of the patent protection type and the requirements for custom words are analyzed from the perspectives of patent examination,patent protection and follow-up procedures.The corresponding strategic measures are discussed as well.更多还原
