【Abstract】 The internationalization of universities becomes the certain trend in the development of higher education.During this process,the management team of the university,which is one of the strategies for the professional development,is not only an important index of the internationalization degree,but also an important support and guarantee for the university to realize the internationalization target.Based on the internationalization requirements for the management team in university,some important issues,such as how to improve the work skill,strengthen the performance and service consciousness,extend the international view and promote normative management,are discussed in this paper.It can improve the management level for the universities in China,which will be helpful to develop the top-ranking universities in the world.更多还原
