【摘要】 中国暗物质实验CDEX-10探测器的光电倍增管(PMT)工作在87.3K的液氩中,PMT使用前必须要获取低温环境下的性能参数。实验基于快速模数转换器(FADC)V1729a和VS2008平台设计了PMT测试实验的数据获取(DAQ)系统。并采用root软件包建立了数据处理系统,探索了减小系统误差的数据处理方法,完成了PMT常温和低温下的单光电子、暗计数、增益线性等测试实验。

【Abstract】 The photomultiplier tube(PMT) of CDEX-10 detector system in China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX) is worked in liquid argon in 87.3K.The performance parameters in a low temperature environment must be obtained before tubes are used.In the paper,the DAQ system of the PMTs test experiments was designed base on the V1729a flash Analog-to-Digital Convertor(FADC) and the VS2008 IDE.The system of data processing was developed with ROOT package,and the data processing method was explored to reduce systematic errors,and the test experiment of the PMT(single photoelectron response,dark counts,gain linearity,etc.) both at room temperature and cryogenic temperature was completed.
