尿氚制样系统的研制

【摘要】 为改善尿氚制样过程中自动控制差、制样效率低、操作流程复杂、耗能高等问题,研制了一套用于尿中氚分析的快速、批量尿氚制样系统,并通过相关实验对系统性能进行了测试。结果表明,系统制样的最佳制样条件是加热温度为200℃,蒸馏冷凝时间为10 min;系统制样稳定度高,重现性好,较以往的尿氚蒸馏装置制样效率提高了5倍,能耗降低了1/3,操作流程实现自动化。

【Abstract】 A new system is produced for the rapid and batch pre-treatment of urine containing tritium sample to improve the poor automatic control,the low efficiency,the complex operational processes and the high energy consumption of sample preparation processes,and the system performance has been tested through experiments.The results show that the optimal sample preparation conditions of the new system is heating at a temperature of 200℃ and distillation condensation time for 10min.The new system has high stability and good reproducibility,and the sample preparation efficiency is increased by 5 times than existing devices for distillation tritium containing urine.The system reduces energy consumption by one-third and realizes automatic operation.
