风电场功率调节能力和电能质量测试及分析
Test and analysis of power regulation and power quality for wind farm
【摘要】 为了分析与检测风电大规模接入对区域电网安全稳定运行的影响,以某风电场为例,介绍了风电场功率调节能力和电能质量的测试过程和步骤,对风电场有功功率变化、无功功率调节能力和电能质量进行了测试,并对测试结果进行了分析。检测出谐波电流超标,建议将滤波电容器检修后尽快投入运行或改变SVG的控制策略,以保证电网的安全稳定运行。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze and test the influence of the large-scale wind power connection on the safe and stable operation of local electric power network,this paper,taking a wind farm for an example,introduces the test process and steps of power regulation and power quality for wind farm,tests on the change of active power,reactive power regulation and power quality,the result of which is also analyzed.In the test,the harmonic current is found exceeding the standard.Therefore,the control strategy is proposed to guarantee the safe and stable operation of power network,the strategy which advices putting filtering capacitor into operation as soon as the overhaul is done or changing SVG.
