基于MES的可视化生产监测与控制平台设计
Design of visualized production monitoring and control platform based on MES
【摘要】 文章在MES环境下构建了基于OPC(OLE for Process Control)和RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技术的生产过程数据实时采集模块,并以GDI+(Graphics Device Interface+)图形可视化技术开发了以工作站为生产监控单元的可动态配置的可视化生产过程监控模块。该平台具有多种数据存储方式,并集成了与其他系统交互的接口模块,实现了异构系统之间的数据共享。最后在某车桥总装厂验证了该系统的可行性与有效性。
【Abstract】 The real-time process data acquisition module based on OLE for process control(OPC)and radio frequency identification(RFID)technology is built in the MES environment.And the production process monitoring module which is formed by workstation and can be dynamically configurated is developed based on the graphics device interface+(GDI+)visualization technology.The platform has a variety of data storage types,and integrates interaction interface module with other systems,thus realizing the data sharing among heterogeneous systems.The feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified in a vehicle axle assembly plant.
