【Abstract】 With the further development of market economy,the middle and small-sized business has become very important parts in the national economy.However,it is very difficult for them to get financial aid due to their small size with inadequate mortgage and unsteady credit structure.In order to solve this problem,special organizations for guaranteeing for the middle-and-small-sized businesses come into being.Focusing on the situation in Harbin,the study concerns the current situation of the guarantors in Harbin and proposes suggestions on their further development.更多还原
