【Abstract】 In 2005 China revised Company Law in recognition of one-person company’s legitimacy,but,one-person company as a new legal system,there will be mistakes and flaws,but in recent years the application of law,also show many problems.This article aims at combining the"company law" one-person company after the problems appeared in practice,and points out that China one-person company system exists the insufficiency,and proposed suggestions.更多还原
