【摘要】 2009年9月1日,国务院印发《关于开展新型农村社会养老保险制度试点的指导意见》,启动农村社会养老保险试点工作,河北省18个县(市)列为试点。2012年7月,这一制度在河北省实现了全覆盖。它的实施对于完善中国的社会保障体系具有重要意义。本文对河北省实施该制度取得的成就、出现的问题作了分析,并借鉴国外和国内有益的做法,对完善新型农村社会养老保险作了探析。更多还原
