新生代大学生就业预期影响因素分析

【摘要】考察新生代大学生就业预期的影响因素,通过问卷调查,运用多元回归模型,从个人因素和环境因素两方面对新生代大学生进行相关的调查研究。研究结果表明,新生代大学生拥有的人力资本和心理资本以及环境因素对其就业预期都产生了显著影响。新生代大学生拥有的社会资本对其就业预期的影响并不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses data from a questionnaire survey and logistic regression to study personal factors and environmental factors that affect the new-era college students’employment expectation.The results of the study show that new-era college students’human capital,psychological capital and environmental factors are significantly related to their employment expectation,while the social capital is not remarkably related to their employment expectation.更多还原
