【摘要】 知识经济的发展促进了知识分布的网络化和社会化,也促进了技术创新。文章首先分析个体知识向组织知识的转换和在组织间的扩散,进而通过构建系统动力学模型探讨知识密集型服务(KIBS)与技术创新之间的互动关系,最后构建技术创新社会化服务网络,提出基于知识进展内生增长的社会化服务网络形成机理,并做系统动力学分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of knowledge-based economy has promoted the network and socialization of knowledge distribution,and also promoted technological innovation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the transformation from personal knowledge to organization knowledge and the diffusion among organizations.Then,the paper analyzes the interaction of KIBS and technological innovation through constructing system dynamics model.At last,the paper constructs the social service network of technological innovation,presents the generating mechanism of SSNTI based on the endogenous growth of knowledge,and makes an analysis of system dynamics.更多还原
