【摘要】 社区学院,是我国社会、经济发展的产物,是满足不同人群获得继续教育的一个途径。但由于我国社区学院起步较晚,还存在培养目标不明确、实践操作课程较少、师资队伍薄弱、管理体制不完善,以及法律保障缺失等诸多问题。为此,应从灵活的办学模式、多渠道的筹集资金、开放的招生制度、规范的师资条件和加强政策法规的保障等措施入手,促进我国社区学院健康、持续地发展。更多还原
