【摘要】 目的:研究神经外科病人术后并发院内感染的临床特征及处理对策。方法:回顾性研究我院2005年8月至2011年8月神经外科术后并发院内感染48例病人的资料,分析术后并发院内感染时间、类型、部位及治疗方法。结果:48例院内感染病人中,肺部感染23例,泌尿系感染14例,颅内感染5例,消化道感染6例。经治疗,感染控制41例,死亡5例。结论:神经外科术后病人存在高的感染率,及时积极治疗可使感染得到良好控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical features and treatment of the postoperation nosocomial infection in the patiens of neurosurgery. Method: The data of 48 patients of neurosurgery undergoing the operation from August 2005 to August 2011 were reviewed. The time,type,region and curative method of the nosocomial infection after the operation were analysed. Result: Of 48 patients with nosocomial infection,23cases had pulmonary infection,14 cases had urinary tract infection,5 cases had intracranial infection and 6 cases had pulmonary infection. The infection was controlled by sensitive antibiotics in 41 cases of nosocomial infection Another patient died of the complication. Conclusion: The nosocomial infection rate after operation is high in the patients of neurosurgery. The infection can be controlled by positive medication.更多还原
