【摘要】 目的:观察经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)对术后患者性功能的影响。方法:选取我院自2009年5月至2012年3月收治的85例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行TURP治疗,对85例患者术前后的性功能指标进行比较,探讨TURP对术后患者性功能的影响。结果:本组85例患者术前IIEF-5评分平均为(23.7±5.3)分,术后6个月IIEF-5评分平均为(21.4±4.7)分,术前后本组患者IIEF-5评分比较有显著差异(X2=5.042,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。本组患者术后6个月与术前ED、逆行射精发生率及性生活满意度比较均有显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:TURP对术后性生活影响较大,术中尽量保留膀胱颈部,减少对膀胱内括约肌的损伤,有助于降低对患者术后性功能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of TURP on sexual function after operation.Method: 85 patients with benign prostatics hyperplasia treated in our hospital from May 2009 to March 2012 were selected as the research objects.All the patients received TURP treatment.The indexes of sexual function for 85 patients before and after operation were compared,and the influence of TURP on sexual function for patients after operation was observed.Result: The average score of IIEF-5 for 85 patients before operation was(23.7±5.3) scores,and the average score of IIEF-5 6 months after operation was(21.4±4.7) scores.There was evident difference in IIEF-5 score before and after operation(X2= 5.042,P <0.05),which had statistical significance.There was evident difference in ED,incidence of retrograde ejaculation and sex life satisfaction between 6 months after operation and before operation(P <0.01),which had statistical significance.Conclusion: TURP has a great influence on sexual life after operation.Retaining bladder neck and reducing intersphincteric injury of bladder in operation is good for reducing the influence on sexual function after operation.更多还原
