再生涤纶短纤维生产工艺的探讨
Discussion of production process of regenerated polyester staple fiber
【摘要】 以聚酯瓶片等为原料,生产多种规格的再生有色涤纶短纤维,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:通过筛选原料,合理配料,控制混合料的特性黏数为0.67~0.72 dL/g,优化生产工艺条件,控制瓶片含水率小于50μg/g,纺丝温度270~285℃,环吹风速度0.5~4.0 m/s、温度20~30℃、相对湿度65%~80%,纺丝速度600~1 200 m/min,拉伸倍数3.5~5.0,生产的再生涤纶短纤维质量好,如1.67 dtex×38 mm有色丝,断裂强度达4.2 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率29.5%,超长纤维质量分数0.9%。
【Abstract】 Regenerated polyester staple fibers of various specifications were produced by using polyester bottle flake as raw material.The production process were discussed.The results showed that the regenerated polyester staple fiber could be produced with good quality by rationally selecting and proportioning raw material,controlling the intrinsic viscosity of the mixed material 0.67-0.72 dL/g,the moisture content of bottle flake below 50 μg/g,spinning temperature 270-285 ℃,circular air speed 0.5-4.0 m/s,temperature 20-30 ℃ and relative humidity 65%-80%,spinning temperature 600-1 200 m/min and draw ratio 3.5-5.0;the produced colored fiber of 1.67 dtex × 38 mm had the breaking strength up to 4.2 cN/dtex,elongation at break 29.5% and super-long fiber mass fraction 0.9%.
