【摘要】 目的观察健脾平肝汤对原发性高血压患者血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法将59例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组。对照组29例予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加健脾平肝汤治疗。2组均治疗30d,观察2组中医证候疗效和血压疗效,比较治疗前后血液流变学指标[全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞比容]和血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]变化。结果治疗组中医证候总有效率93.33%,对照组中医证候总有效率75.86%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组。治疗组血压总有效率96.67%,对照组血压总有效率79.31%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组血压疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),红细胞比容升高(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞比容高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均较本组治疗前和对照组治疗后降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05)。结论健脾平肝汤治疗原发性高血压较单纯应用β受体阻滞剂能更好地控制血压,消除临床症状,并起到改善血液流变学及降脂的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Pinggan decoction on hemorheology and blood lipid in patients with primary hypertension.Methods 59 primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n = 29) received Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets.Treatment group received Jianpi Pinggan decoction combined Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets.The course was 30 days in two groups.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and blood pressure were observed in two groups.The changes of hemodynamic indexes(whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear),plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit),TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in treatment group(93.33%) was higher than that in control group(75.86%,P < 0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure in treatment group(96.67%) was higher than that in control group(79.31%,P < 0.05).Whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear),plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),hematocrit was increased(P < 0.05).Whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear and plasma viscosity after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in control group(P < 0.05).Whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear),plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in treatment group were decreased as compared with those in control group after treatment(P < 0.05).Hematocrit intreatment group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).TC,TG and LDL-C after treatment in treatment group were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group(P<0.05),HDL-C was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Pinggan decoction can better control of blood pressure,eliminating the clinical symptoms and improve blood rheology and played the role of lipid-lowering than the simple application β-blockers on primary hypertension.更多还原
