【摘要】 目的观察经筋手法联合经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将140例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各70例,对照组采用经脉手法联合经脉火针治疗,治疗组采用经筋手法联合经筋火针治疗。采用McGill简化量表评分,测定患者腰痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)和现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分分值,并比较2组疗效。结果治疗组有效率82.8%,对照组有效率77.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;McGill简化量表评分,2组腰痛VAS评分、PPI评分均下降(P<0.05);PPI评分治疗组治疗后较对照组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论经筋手法联合经筋火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于经脉手法联合经脉火针。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation patients treated by channel sinew technique combined with channel sinew fire needle therapy.Methods 140 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment(70 cases) and control groups(70 cases).The channel sinew technique combined with channel sinew fire needle therapy was adopted in the treatment group and meridians technique combined with meridians fire needle therapy was taken in the control group.The simplified McGill scale score was used to mark scores before and after treatment in both groups,the pain score of patients were determined by VAS and PPI,and the clinical effect was compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(82.8%) was better than that of the control group(77.1%,P<0.05).The scores of McGill scale in the treatment group were higher and better than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS and PPI after treatment was decreased in two groups(P<0.05).The decrease of PPI in treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion s The therapeutic effect of channel sinew technique combined with channel sinew fire needle therapy is superior to that of meridians technique combined with meridians fire needle therapy on the patients with lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
