【摘要】 目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗所致心脏毒性的保护作用。方法将19例肿瘤患者随机分为2组。治疗组8例予重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗同时加芪苈强心胶囊,自化疗前1 d开始口服1.2 g,每日3次,对照组11例予重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗,不予芪苈强心胶囊治疗,3周为1个周期。分别于第1、2化疗周期开始前,第1、2化疗周期后,检测患者肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)变化,并进行统计学分析。结果 CK-MB于第2个化疗周期后,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。cTnT于第1化疗周期后、第2化疗周期前、第2个化疗周期后,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊对重组人血管内皮抑素联合化疗所致心脏毒性有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule on the inhibition of cardiotoxicity induced by recombinant human endostatin combined with actinotherapy.Methods 19 patients with cancer were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into trial group(8 cases) and control group(11 cases).In the trial group,the patients received Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with endostar and actinotherapy,Qiliqiangxin capsule were administered orally(1.2g,Tid,0.3g/capsule) before 1 day from the first day of actinotherapy.In the control group,the patients received only with endostar and chemotherapy at the same dosage.Three weeks were regarded as one cycle in two groups.Serum levels of myocardial markers CK-MB and cTnT were measured in all the patients before and after each chemotherapy cycle respectively.Results CK-MB level was found statistically difference in two groups after the second chemotherapy cycle.cTnT level was found statistically difference in two groups after the first chemotherapy cycle,before and after the second chemotherapy cycle respectively.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule can inhibit cardiotoxicity induced by recombinant human endostatin combined with actinotherapy.更多还原
