sB7-H3与原发性高血压患者尿微量白蛋白的关系

【摘要】 目的本研究旨在探讨新型共信号分子B7-H3在高血压合并微量蛋白尿的表达情况,进一步探讨免疫反应与肾损害的关系。方法本研究利用苏州大学研制的新型共信号分子B7-H3酶联免疫检测试剂盒及鼠抗人B7-H3单克隆抗体,运用ELISA分析该分子在96例高血压伴微量蛋白尿的表达情况。结果与对照组比较,在伴有微量白蛋白尿患者血清当中含有更高水平的可溶性B7-H3蛋白(sB7-H3观察组(35±11)μg/L,对照组(23±9)μg/L(P<0.01)。结论该项研究表明,sB7-H3升高与高血压伴微量蛋白尿有关系。进一步提示免疫反应参与了肾损害的发生发展。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of a new type co-signal molecule-B7-H3 in patients with essential hypertension complicated by microdosis protein urine,and to explore further the correlation between immunoreaction and renal damage.Methods The expression levels of B7-H3 in 96 patients with essential hypertension complicated by microdosis protein urine were detected by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits and mouse anti-human B7-H3 monoclonal antibodies that were researched and prepared by Suzhou University.Results The levels of sB7-H3 in the serum of patients with essential hypertension complicated by microdosis protein urine were significantly increased,as compared with those in control group[(35±11)μg/L vs(23±9)μg/L,P<0.01].Conclusion The increase of sB7-H3 is related with microalbuminuria,furthermore,immunoreaction is involved in the occurrence and development of renal damage.
