【摘要】 目的分析腹部增强CT对直肠癌根治术前淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析直肠癌根治术75例,观察其手术病理及CT影像学资料,判定根治术前后淋巴结转移的一致性。结果同病理结果对照,术前淋巴结转移的敏感性为81.3%(61/75),准确性为64%(48/75)。结论腹部增强CT可以较准确的判定直肠癌根治术前淋巴结转移情况,应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of abdominal enhanced CT diagnostic value of preoperative lymph node metastasis for rectal cancer effect a radial cure.Methods Retrospective analysis of 75 cases of rectal carcinoma radical,observe its operation pathology and CT imaging datd,determine the consistency of lymph node metastasis before and after radical prostatectomy.Results Comparison with the pathological results,the sensitivity of the preoperative lymph node metastasis was 81.3%(61/75),accuracy was 64%(48/75).Conclusion Abdominal enhanced CT can accurately determine preoperative lymph node metastasis for rectal cancer effect a radical cure,high application value.更多还原
